Ramadan - It’s All About Sharing
This Ramadan, The Picha Project is bringing you 4 special ways to buka puasa - and it’s all about sharing.
#1 - Sharing a Meal
Get a family meal to break fast with your loved ones - friends, family or a small group of colleagues - without the cooking hassle! This year, we have four different packages available from Razan’s Syrian Kitchen, Dalia’s Palestinian Kitchen, Nawal’s Iraqi Kitchen & Sara’s Afghani Kitchen. Oh, and have we mentioned that delivery is free, right to your doorsteps? 😉

#2 - SHARing A special moment
Imagine being in a refugee’s home, meeting the mother and the children, understanding their life journey - while breaking fast together with an authentic home-cooked meal prepared by them. From fragrant basmati rice, shawarma wraps to hummus and dessert, we make sure that you will be well-fed with the amazing meal prepared by the family.
INDIVIDUAL BOOKING AVAILABLE ON 19th MAY, 7PM - 9PM.
PRIVATE GROUP BOOKINGS (15 PAX) AVAILABLE ON ANY DAY, FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.
#3 - SHARing A blessing
This movement is started in memory of our dearest Syrian chef, Zaza, who passed away in May due to sickness, two weeks after expressing his wish to give out food to the needy during Ramadan month.
The idea is simple: you buy meals from refugee families, and give out the meals to communities in need. This gives (1) refugee families a sustainable income, and (2) community in need a proper nutritious meal to break fast with.
INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTION CAN BE MADE HERE.
CSR COLLABORATIONS ARE WELCOMED!
#4 - SHARing A new eating experience
Your buka puasa dinner will never be the same. Enjoy a buffet spread with cuisine from Syria, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Palestine & Iraq with your team, organisation or company! From rohingya curry & chicken mandi, to beef rendang and Syrian desserts - we have them all! Price starting only from RM25/pax - and you’re directly impact the lives of the refugee families who prepare your meal.

This Ramadan, lives can be changed just by the way you break fast.
As they are putting food on your table, you are putting food on theirs.
In this season of giving, let’s not forget our brothers and sisters who have gone through so much hardships in life, and are still fighting hard for their future. Your actions can make a change,
